1. Contractual Eligibility & Member Accounts

All OSN products (including OSN Active Greens, OSN Active Guard, and OSN Activia) are premium, 100% natural, whole-food dietary formulations. Information, wellness guidelines, and nutritional insights provided on this platform are for educational purposes only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The formulations and clinical claims on this website have not been evaluated by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) or the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physiological or psychological medical condition. 3. Transactions, Pricing & Payment Security

All currency metrics on this online platform are configured and listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the absolute right to adjust pricing catalogs, product specifications, or availability parameters at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Transactions must be paid in full through certified payment channels (including major credit cards, debit cards, or local FPX bank transfers). You are solely responsible for ensuring the prompt uploading of bank transfer screenshots where validation is manually requested.

4. Shipping, Dispatches & Delivery timelines

Dispatches are processed immediately within West Malaysia (typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days) and East Malaysia or Singapore (averaging 7 to 10 working days). Self pick-up coordinates are provided solely upon active checkout parameters. OSN is not liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier services, ecological factors, or custom checks.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Device Warranties

Due to strict clinical hygiene regulations governing whole-food supplements, all transactions involving OSN Active Greens, OSN Activia, and OSN Active Guard are final. Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 3 days of receiving items to qualify for an inspection and potential exchange.

For the Oral SPA® Sonic Toothbrush series (including Oral SPA PRO and Oral SPA GO), OSN provides a 1-year product warranty against manufacturing or electronic defects, excluding damages caused by customer mishandling, dropping, or over-submersion.

6. Loyalty Network & Ambassador Guidelines

Loyalty Points and Store Credits are awarded under active shopping and referral thresholds. Points remain valid provided you remain an active shopper (requiring at least one purchase within the last 6 months). Accelerated ambassador commissions are audited weekly, and payouts are disbursed every following Tuesday subject to a standard 2% transaction fee.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Asset Ownership

All branding marks, user interfaces, layouts, animations, visual assets, 3D elements, and structural designs utilized on osn.com.my are the exclusive intellectual property of OSN Wellness. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, scraping, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.
